i`d say yes but only if they were different side effects not just variations
on one
e.g. minor the sword has a tendancy to overheat into the handle (tn3+2 per
round vigour take difference in wind)
you could have:
Major Whilst operating the gyroscopes have a tendacy to become misaligned
(make an opposed nimbleness against the highest damage die lose the
difference in reliability until you have a junker look at the device or a tn
3 tinkerin`)
But you couldnt have:
Major the improper use of heat sinks causes both blade and hilt to become
red hot during use the blade does an extra 1d4 damage but also does its full
damage to the users hand every round (you can chip that)
