I forgot one very important thing

Remember Nuke takes two actions to use, and after the Player uses the first 
action, He begins to glow like a christmas tree.  I actually give bonus to 
NPC's shooting at Glowing Doomsayers because 1) there easier to see and 2) 
everyone(at least in my world) knows that a glowing doomsayer means a whole 
lot of death is comming.
