[HOE] Junkman Cometh... Long list of questions

I've had a quick look at the Accumulated Rulings, but I couldn't see
anything like these there...
Firstly, the table in The Junkman Cometh for determining time to build,
cards to draw, etc (pg 60).
The table show the following:
TN Time Cards Spirit
8-11 1d6h 2 d8
14-17 2d6h 2 d10
What happened to 12 & 13??
Secondly, the Locomotion power states that all Chassis begin with an Armour
Value of 1. Is this also true of vehicles created using the VTOL power?
Thirdly, I'd like some opinion's concerning Powerpacks and devices. The
Junkman Cometh (pg 37) lists the Target Numbers, etc for the creation of
spirit batteries, but what about Powerpacks? Page 62 states that
Powerpacks "are built in the same way as spirit batteries."
Does this mean that separate roll(s) are required for the creation of the
Powerpack?
Fourthly, Reactors. The Junkman Cometh states that each reactor comes with
it's Frame Size/4 Powerjacks. Does this mean that in a larger device, ALL
other powers/abilities must have an additional two slots allocated for
power? Or do these powers/abilities automatically get power purely because
the reactor is 'built in' to the larger device?
Fifthly. When calculating the Spirit that eventually inhabits your new
toy, how do you determine the spirit for devices that have multiple powers?
Are there several different spirits all crowded into it, or do you take the
single largest spirit and use that for the entire device, or what?
Finally, I was looking at designing an 'invisibility' or sneak-suit. If
the suit provides ECM vs more than one sense (say, visual, IR/Thermo,
Nightsight, and sound) do I need a separate Sensor Rating for each sense, or
merely one Sensor Rating for the entire sneak suit?
