I'll be honest...and it's just my opinion, mind you...but this sounds like
WAY more trouble than it's worth. I just honestly can't think of a way to
do this with existing powers that makes sense, and I'm real wary of making
new Junker powers because they tend to get VERY complex VERY quickly.
It also does sound a bit powerful. Kinda like the guy who wanted to make an
"anti-fear" generator.
I just don't know what to say on this one. Sounds a mite tricky to me.
