I just thought of something.  Fusion could also be used as a way of
detecting Infiltrator Cyborgs.  You could try fusing something to the
suspected deader's face, and if it takes then you've got yourself a person
who's going to need a DAMN good explanation as to why things Fuse to his
face!  This might even be a way for Silas and company to detect Cyborgs who
have tried to infiltrate the Cult of Doom to screen potential problem
members.
