[HOE] bibliopathy villains
Lets be blunt,
Bibliopathy was a dumb idea,
And the idea of a villain who thinks he's someone from history has been done
in HoE, and very nicely I might add. Alexander 9000.
I would think a better way, if you *Really* wanted to put a character from
fiction, I would use the idea of fictionauts from the Comic book "Planetary".
The idea in a nutshell, scientists develop a way to send a ship into the
realm of human unconsciousness, from which all ideas are born. Cue
Apocalypse for HoE purposes. Then have the ship crash into the mountains and
When the party investigates, they find the lab (The ship crashed into it),
decode the data to find out what happened, and they find the ship. Inside
the ship are the three 'fictionauts' (dead in very creative ways. the line
from the comic book is "It just killed three men, and broke seven laws of
physics doing it").
And voila, the fictonal person WAS in the ship, but they escaped and
they're wandering around. And you could choose ANY character from fiction,
or invent your own. Maybe it's Dempsy Dingo, the mascott for Dempsy's parks.
