Re: [HOE] syker power and the harrowed
Check out page 47 of Brainburners. The section "Affecting Undead" says
that, unless it states different in the description of the power, syker
powers work normally against harrowed, undead, etc. Paralyzer doesn't
say that it can't affect the harrowed, so it can.
Agonizer doesn't work on the harrowed because they don't feel pain, not
because their nerves don't work. If their nerves didn't work, there
could be no cyborgs. Even still, I'd say that the nerves of a Ghosted
harrowed are intangible, and thus a syker could no better grasp onto them
than a bullet could tear into their skin.
