as a character thing Remember Moriarty was smarter than Holmes in all the
books. Lector is a master of the human psyche. Dr Doom is just cool He's a
genius with robotics and rebuilt his own body (if that doesn't scream Junker
what else does). the idea of biblopathy is taking on a character that has a
resonance with the librarian, perhaps the Lector character was taken by a
man with the bloodthirsty hindrance??, all the heroes had their nemesis and
what better way to defeat the evil of the reckoners than to use the Criminal
mastermind character. remember until they fail the roll they have control.
and its always good for a couple of adventures where the fearmonger/servitor
really was a good man, not someone who walked down the path of evil.
