  So, it's been awhile since I've been on the HoE list, and I've missed it
and you guys.  My regular HoE game has been on hiatus for a year or two, and
my books have been closeted that whole time, until I got to talking about it
with a friend and ended up talking myself back into running.

  How 'bout leading off with a question?

  Say there's a syker.  He gets killed and becomes a cyborg.  He goes for
Infiltrator and Facemaker and Chameleon.  
  Does this mean he has hair?  Does it burn off like normal Syker's hair?  
  Would a regular cyborg with those three systems be able to increase or
retract his hair and change it's colors?  

  I know how I'm going to rule on it, but I'd like to hear your thoughts.
