Location I understand, Sacramento out there in the northern end of
California. but the secrecy of the library isn't really going to affect
those folks who want to trade, or those who want a good standard of living
(high rise apartments, hotels,etc) rather than wrecks of burnt out town and
cities. it doesn't say whether or not one of the horsemen rode through
Sacramento or if it was the site of major battles. hey even Seattle gets
more of a mention as far as sites of interest go.
