[HOE] Spoiler BAit 'n Switch

I don't know,
Fearing the party will discover spoilers is not near as much fun a bait
and switching them. I once ran an adventure where I had worked out the Plot
with my brother only to have him show up for the game. He. of course,
thought he could be the Stuff and help the party when things got tough,

Then the Aliens landed, his plot had no Aliens, and he realized he had
been hoodwinked.

Same With Boise Horror. If the party finds out what the book says (And,
though creative, it has a lot of problems in drama), cool beans. It doesn't
at all mean you're stuck to it.
After all, what else do you do when you get a player who bought the books
before you all started playing and he, like a fool, read them because there
wasn't a ghostly voice saying "Don't read this in case some Marshall in the
future wants to run it".
It's really not realistic to expect Players not to read their own books
for any length of time.
