[HOE] Unfettered
If a can has the Unfettered hindrance, when does the manitou get to make
its Dominion check? Cyborgs don't sleep, but they shut down for an
hour-long diagnostic...should a can have a nightmare then?
Also, should a manitou be able to break the Rules of Engagment? My
feeling is that they shouldn't, but a vengeful manitou could make life
tough for both the deader and the AI by purposely causing feedback (stop
looking at me like that, Scott).
