Kinko's and Office Max bite! We have a hand cranked punch at work and I
used it to punch through an old Dragonlance D&D book (as a test) and it
did it, no problem. Unfortunately it's only a three-hole punch so I'd have
to go the binder route or something. I'd like to get it something a-kin to
spiral bound, but that looks like it's out of the question.
