From a junker point of view: Junkman, Cyborgs, Road Warriors, and Iron Oasis are
sort of the basic quartet if you're into gadgets and devices. You've got the
first two, so you know what they cover. Road Warriors is required if you're into
building ground vehicles, tho' it predates Junkman and so doesn't really touch
on junker topics as much as I would have liked. Besides aerial combat rules,
Iron Oasis has a bunch of flight-related junker powers and a section on
cyberware for actual living, breathing folks, so it's indispensible for a
junker. I guess I'd recommend Iron Oasis first, and Road Warriors second.

From a general player point of view: pick an Arcane Background you like and want
to learn more about and buy their book. Also, Waste Warriors kicks a whole bunch
of ass, and I would highly recommend it. Loads and loads of military equipment,
from flamethrowers to main battle tanks.
