I had a neat idea about Lost Colony.

OK, I have an idea as to whats going to happen in HoE.

Hellstrome will come back, and he will use his mysterious gizmos to change
the face of the Earth.  I think this is no surprise.  What I think is going
to happen is something along these lines:  Hellstrome will unleash
tremendous magical energies onto the planet.  This will transform
some/most/all of the people living here to wildly more powerful beings in
much closer contact with the hunting grounds.  This allows the survivors to
combat the Reckoners with much greater power, putting the human race on
more even footing.  However, it changes the human race at the same time,
changing them over time and evolution as well.  It changes us into....
Anouks.  This fits very well with the hints dropped in other sourcebooks.
The computer in the basement of the great library has predicted an end to
humanity within a few years...  this is how.  We dont all die off, we
become something else.  The tunnel to Faraway is actually a gate through
the hunting grounds that comes out in another time, but in the same place.
This makes lost colony a battle between the evil within ourselves and the
alien that is ourselves.  sort of brings the saga full circle, the
reckoners were forced from the world by humans (Native American wise men)
brought back by evil humans, beaten by humans again, but because the
reckoners cheated (and employed a former human servant... Stone) and really
won, but humans (with Hellstromes help) beat them again, only to be
confronted by their own evil, and not know it!

What does everyone else think of my idea?
