I gotta say something here. Forget the Desert Eagle and the Ruger (or not
they are still good guns) If your looking for something that shoots lots of
different types of bullets, you need the Medusa Revolver.
This is an actual pistol made by a company in Texas (www.PhilipsRogers.com)
That has a flexible extractor. It can load ANY cartrige around .35 caliber.
This includes the .357 mag, any .38 or 9mm rounds (Long, short, smith and
wesson, largo, kurz, Crisco, Mr. Butterworth whatever) and .380's. You
don't need to change barrels or anything, just pop them in and shoot. Since
the weapons are hand made, they are very accurate. They come in "Hogleg"
(with a 6" barrel) regular (4" barrel) and "hide-me" (3" barrel).
The problem is the price. They originally went for $899. (A Berretta like
is all the rage in the Leathal Weapon movies goes for between $500 and $600)
They recently took the price down to about $590. If you have the means, I
suggest picking one up.

If you want game stats for them visit the "New Guns" article at Matt

BTW, I've held the Desert Eagle, it's near the sides of some SMG's and
almost broke my wrist picking the bugger up.
