[HOE] Legless characters...?

Hi. Me again. No, I'm not on about alchohol or spook juice rules...

I'm looking for some kind of marshall to marshall advice on one of the
characters in my campaign. Legless junker in a hover-wheelchair.

The junker part's just fine. So's the wheelchair. Problem is the 'legless'
bit. Lame - Crippled doesn't really do him justice. So what should I do?
Any suggestions? Does he still count as size 6? What does his pace drop to?
What about for hitting him?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
