Okay before this starts to be a flame war, I'll restate my opinion.

1)For people using Mac and IBM compatible PC's running a MS windows OS, if 
you really want to look at the site you can download a version IE and be 
okay.

2)I never claimed said anything bad about netscape users.  I personally use 
netscape 98% of the time, I only open IE if netscape doesn't work.

3)For really stubborn netscape users.  NEtscape 6 works on PEG's website.  
It doesn't display the background graphics perfectly but it looks fine and 
you can navigate it. Also Netscape 6 is out for linux platforms.
