Okay this isnt a Netscape/IE problem its a problem with versions.  There 
using Style sheets on the page withc although work really well and help make 
a pages layout look relly nice, the problem is only the newest netscape 
supports most of the style sheet commands.  PEG's best bet is to put a jave 
script in the page tahts forwards older netscape users to another page that 
might not look as good but still works.

For those who are complaining about the page not working in netscape.  Just 
bite the damn bullet and use IE.  unless you running a really old version of 
win95 its on your pc(trust me there is no way to get rid of it, like the 
damn paper clip in office)  So use it and enjoy the page.
