I like the idea behind such a table, but one thing about junkers is that
they can't necessarily use all parts of a device. Components have to be
fairly universal, and given the usual state of disrepair of most items
still around 13 years later, one weed-whacker won't necessarily have the
same components as another. A good junker (one with good Scroungin') can
extract useful stuff from almost anything, while another might not find
anything of value there.
SO, a better way to go about it might be to come up with a list of items
and how many components you can possibly get from them, but have the
junkers make their normal scroungin' rolls. Once you find out how many
total components they get, then roll randomly on the chart to see what
those components come from.
Oh, and "the dishwasher you found under the truck?" Where are your
players looking for components at?
