[HOE] 20 mm ammo
>We were making characters for my new (and first, actually) HoE campaign when
I
>suddenly noticed something: The main book lists the price for 20mm rounds as
>$10,while Cyborgs lists it as $20. What gives?
Does this matter REALLY deserve the seven posts on the matter? I would just
call it a matter of Marshall's perogative, you're the marshall, pick a price,
or Hell, as prices are different everywhere, make a different one. Remember,
as a marshall, what you say GOES.
Just do an excercise, imagine yourself running a game with Shane, John Goff,
John Hopler, and Matt Forbek playing... now envision yourself looking Shane
in the eyes and saying
"I'm sorry Mr Hensley, in my game, combat knives do 12D6 AP8 damage, and so,
the rad-midget killed you. I don't care what it says in the book, this is my
game"
Once you can comfortably picture that level of changing the rules to suit
your game, you will then be able to, on the fly, fix rules problems (which
are inevetable as the writers are human) without any need to create any
fuss... your game will go faster, your mind will be able to spend time on
more fun aspects of the game, and your rad midgets will come to rule the
Wasted West with an Iron hand.
