[HOE] Waste Warriors questions

Hey there,
         Someone had some waste warriors questions - well, I finally read 
through my book and am willing to take a stab at 'em.

The one question I do remember is about the medkit.  I'd say that the 
medkit offers a +4 to any Medicine roll made by the person using it.  This 
bonus only lasts for the first 30 wound levels treated with it (not wounds, 
wound levels.  A light wound would count as 1, a serious as a 3, etc) and 
then the expendable supplies run out, at which point the bonus drops to +1.
This bonus is separate from the antibiotics and painkillers, which are used 
normally.
