Well, I've finished Card Dealer.  I figured out how to do some checking to
see if a card's been drawn already, and while it's not perfect (it's a
10,000 check loop), it does now reduce the chance of a repeat draw to
negligible levels.  It can be downloaded at
http://www.students.dsu.edu/zacharin/files/CardDealer.zip .  If PEG would be
interested in hosting it, I'll just hand it over to them.  After all, it'll
probably get better exposure there, which is my goal as it's a good little
program if you have to make a lot of draws in a short amount of time and/or
you just suck at shuffling.  However, you're still stuck with using the old
manual method for the Action Deck.  I could conceivably modify it for that
purpose, but I barely had time for this :) .
