Yay!  Signs of life!
    First of all, do
    browsers have personalities? Is my browser a companion that I can hold a
    conversation with, or is it just a 'force of nature' so to speak?

    Well...  Lazlo DOES mention that browsers like to have names, so I
imagine that they do have, basically, a personality.  My guess is that they
start off with a very rudimentary one, and that given time (and levels) they
"mature".  I also imagine that their personalities are different from those
of familiars; my guess is that while familiars are more "well-rounded"
personalities, browsers tend to have slightly narrower personalities.

    The other
    part of the question is, I know that the browser puts out a whole lot of
    energy to power my car (in the form of it's 'level' in G-rays). Can it
power
    other components that are 'part' of the car, like the car's shield
generator?

    No.  This has been asked before, and the answer is that browsers can
only power things which are made from related powers.  In other words, a car
browser could power the car, but not the shield (a building power) or a gun
(a gun power) or even the headlights (appliance).
