Well now you would have to work out the conversion for that according to taste, not haveing both sets of books in front of me I can't compare the text of the stats to one another. If you are talking about converting monsters, then do what makes the most sense, same for villians. 
If you are converting characters I would make up a general archtype for each class, do the conversion. Convert their feats into edges, this will never be perfect, but if you play fast and loose I'm sure you can get something that fits.
