The obvious: the Hell on Earth CD.

The rest depends:

If you just want instrumental, any techno *or* western will work
(techno-western, such as the HoE CD, is also great). Some of Aphex Twin's stuff
fits the bill, or perhaps Manhuntr (someone else reccomended this a while back,
I'm only heard one song, so I can't say how most of their stuff goes).

Or, a similiarly-themed movie's music: I like the soundtracks from The Matrix,
End of Days, Valentine, and Dracula 2000. If you need/want track listings, let
me know (or you can just look up the CD on cdnow.com).

I also have a few mp3s labeled "Techno-Gothic", but I can't seem to find them
right now. Odd, I'm usually a LOT more organized than this...
