Ok... remember something about P.A.'s series before you put a bunch of this 
into play... 
- the 7 offices held were very very balanced, with only 1 of each being 
directly for Good or Evil.
- Many of those positions balanced against each other, or themselves by 
nature of office, but in general the 5 middle positions were Neutral... they 
worked in harmony to replace God, not to make Good win over evil.
- Several positions directly counter the idea of our Deadlands Lore.

Granted, I believe you are just taking the idea of the 'offices' and not the 
same lore from Incarnations of Immortality, but I figured I'd throw the 
clarification out for people who are not familiar, or only slightly familiar 
with the series.

interesting info on how your idea could be combined with mine to make a very 
interesting cauldron brew on the world-at-large.
