Hey All,

There was some talk about the relations between the various "evil" factions 
in the Wastelands.  Someone mentioned that Troops of the Silus and 
Throckmoton persuasions might treat each other like enemies.  Truth is that 
Throckmoton is a racist and considers mutants of "low blood" and would 
extingush them because they don't fit in with his notions of a "Strong and 
Fit American Combine."
