[HOE] Hey, I just noticed something weird... [PEG, mostly]

According to the new rule changes in Waste Warriors, the system for
determining Pace in combat has changed. Rather than being evenly divided
over actions, you can now put all your Pace into one action if you so
choose, or still spread it out. So, someone with a Pace of 12 could, by
picking it up, move with a Pace of 24 for one action, correct? Someone
correct me if I'm not getting it right.

So...um...doesn't this make the greater reward for the Templar power "Speed"
totally worthless now? Because the greater reward WAS the ability to
"bolt", or put all your Pace into one action...but now anyone can do that...

So what do we do now? I think it's kinda unfair to just take away an
ability like that, so I'm torn between either sticking with the old Pace
rules (divided up amongst actions) or coming up with a different greater
reward...except I can't really think of one.

I just noticed this today, and little feedback would be appreciated on it.
Thanks.
