[HOE] Waste Warriors erratta (SHANE, HOPLER)

I noticed that there are a few types of ammo left off the price lists in
the book.  The plastic blocks for flechette guns aren't there, and I
think the caseless 4mm rounds for the German rifle are also missing.
Any official word?
