This is the way the core book states it, but that's a little misleading,
because the Size numbers aren't on a linear scale, and they don't
specifically refer to mass or volume, but to a weird hybrid of the two. 
According to the charts, Size 9 is twice as big as a man, not Size 12. 
The example I saw listed for Size 9 is a gorilla.
