CYBERGAMES.COM, PINNACLE ENTERTAINMENT GROUP UNDO ACQUISITION


Novato, CA - Cybergames.com announced today that its acquisition deal
for Pinnacle Entertainment Group, entered into late last year, has
been rescinded. Control of Pinnacle Entertainment Group has been
returned to the majority shareholder of Pinnacle Entertainment Group,
Shane Hensley. "After reviewing a wide variety of issues, we have
mutually decided that it's in the best interest of both parties to
undo this deal," said Cliff Perotti, President & CEO of
Cybergames.com. "Cybergames.com will be able to focus on its other
properties, and Pinnacle will be able to focus on its product lines."


Pinnacle will continue to operate out of their Virginia offices.
