Harrowed do need "there" lungs and throat if they want to be able to
talk.  Other bits can stay or go; a liver isn't too important when you're
dead.  As for reattaching parts, that would require Stitchin' and/or Dead
Man's Hand.  Even if they could reattach something, it wouldn't help when
it just snaps off again (anyone seen "Death Becomes Her?")  I assume
"reilatise" means re-elasticize in the above statement, in which case it
is wrong.  Manitous don't repair damage that was done to a body before
they came along.  This is how you get the Degeneration hindrance: the
manitou comes along after some damage has already been done by
decomposition and stuff.
