BOISE, IDAHO- the head of James Gilbert Quincy is found burnt to cinders,
leaving only the barest fragments for dental records. No one remembers
hearing or seeing anything apart from a young boy who remembers playing with
the big man who didn't wear clothes. Locals are discussing moving the
remnants outside of town.
