[HOE] Questions about the Speed demons (Road Warriors)(NEED FAST RESPONCE)

Ok, got a couple questions about the Speed demon... or rather I'm
looking for a few clarifications/suggestions.... and the sooner the
better... I'm thinking of using them tonight.

My question is, what happens when a Harrowed Road Warrior gets in the
driver's seat?  Would the Manitou help fight back the Car's AI and
spirit trap ability.  Would it make him lose dominion (Or force a
check?).  In the end I would like for the Character to get the car with
the bonuses it provides, but for it to have some kind of cost to him.
The character has been continually screwed over and as fun as that has
been, it's time for him to get something cool.
