Re: [HOE] Re: [DL] Quality of Downloaded books (SHANE&PEG Folk)
I'm the one who paid $43 and got $7. Also I have received 2 e-mails from them
(as of now).
This was the first:

Greetings and Happy New Year to you all!
You may have encountered a problem while downloading your new purchases from
our online stores. We apologize for this; the software is not performing as
it should be.
The basic problem is this: the software is re-naming your file to
"getfile.cfm" when you go to save it on your hard disk. If you caught this
before you clicked on "OK" (or whatever), you could rename it to what it was
supposed to be and it would be fine.
If you have a getfile.cfm on your hard disk, you can rename it appropriately
and open it with WinZip to extract your purchase.
However, you may not have that getfile.cfm available. If you were not able
to properly download your purchases, please respond to this e-mail and I
will get you your files as soon as possible.
We're working on solving this problem as fast as we can.
Everyone at Pinnacle, Hero, and Cybergames.com is very sorry the problem.

So at least we are getting some response. Now we'll just have to see how long
it takes to get my books.
