Well, what I did to my posse was to create alter egos of their characters, as
plot devices, although ultimately, they were bad guys:

The Bless'ed's alter ego is the Servitor - both leaders of their respective
groups
The Martial Artist's alter ego is an Agent (Matrix kind, not Weird West kind)
The Harrowed Grim Servant o' Death's alter ego is a Sniper (Alfred, who they've
killed after he killed Kang)
The Junker (non tainted)'s alter ego is a Tainted Junker. With a ray gun :)
