Honestly Gary got out of TSR in the mid to late 80's when some real nuts
took over his share of the company and started running it into the ground. 
Sure took em long enough.  He is still alive and is still writeing for
dragon magazine.  I personally like what Wizards has done with D&D.  You can
find copies everywhere.  And I mean EVERYWHERE.  Target, EBX, I saw magic
cards in packs at a 7-11 for god sakes!

And if you look really closely.  You can't find a TSR label on any of the
new D&D books.  Guess it isn't really their product anymore.
