[HOE] Stats rule suggestion

I wanted to throw this out as a rule that my group uses and others might
want to try:

When figuring out things like load we take add the number of dice to the
die type (so a 1d8 would give a str. of 9 for load determination). This
makes the difference between 5d8 and 1d8 more logical. It also represents
that someone with a 4d10 str. has put a lot of time into building up his
str. (and has just about reached the limit of his potential), while
someone with a 1d12 str. has a lot of potential, but hasn't worked on it
any.
