Why so high? I admit that 2, or 1 + wind is warranted, but 3 seems
excessive. With 3 strain I could:
Arson
Brain Bomb
Aztec Surprise
Predator for 3 rounds
Brain blast 3 times
...

What powers are there that cost 3+ strain? Boneripping's the only one I
can think of (don't have my book with me).

Whereas this basically gives me +6 to one action. Get a good roll with
Body Control and you can do the same thing or more for 3 rounds. The
advantage here is that it can be used as a vamoose. It's for of an
"all-or-nothing" version of Body Control.
