another note on this.  I don't know what the recoil penalties are just
offhand, but remember, those are for standard guns using standard calibers.
this beast is using some MONSTER rounds, on an undersized frame (sorry, it's
true.  one of the reasons most high caliber guns are so big is to compensate
for the recoil).  I'd rule that the recoil compensator mearly compensated
for the OVER recoil, making the thing comparable to a normal gun (ie. normal
penalties apply)
