Did the junker just pick up a lot of components, or vehicle add-ons?
There are component weights listed in Junkman Cometh.  I normally use
these to figure out how much devices should weigh.  I think Load in
vehicle terms applies not only to weight, but also to volume in some
weird cross-referenced (oe more likely guessed) hybrid.
