[HOE] Syker TK and other powers

hi,
Does the syker power Telekinesis seem a little.. vague on how much Strain is
used for lifting something say size 10?
Also, would powers of a cryogenic nature fit under Sykokinesis or
Pyrokinesis or into it's catagory  (stuff like flash freezing objects,
causing frostbite, making ice, etc.)
