I don't agree with a club doing little damage when
thrown. In fact they are more than deadly. In
DeadLands pistols count as a type of club when used in
hand to hand combat. In Billy the Kid Vs. Dracula,
Billy emptied the revolver into the vampire who merely
laughed it off. Then, unpredictably (or incredibly
predictably depending on your point of view), Billy
throws the gun at Dracula. The pistol nails the
bloodsucker right in the head and Dracula goes down.
While he's unconscious Billy rescues the damsel and
escapes. Now if bullets do nothing but throwing the
gun can take down this pillar of horror I think
there's something to be said for throwing clubs.
