The cyberware section in Iron Oasis deals with this, since scrappers will
usually have just one or two cyber limbs rather than a whole body job. Using
super strength for things that only involve the limb in question (grip, mostly)
has no penalty, but whole-body stuff like combat, lifting, etc. risks severe
bodily harm (don't remember exactly, but I think it's something like 1d6
massive) as the Samson's anchors tear at squishy organic parts that were never
meant to take such strain, unless you've got Samson in the rest of your body (or
Structural Reenforcement, in the case of scrappers).
