unfortunately this is something he does all the time, which has caused the 
following to be banned from the game-totally.
                harrowed, cyborgs, and 200 year old wasters.
i suppose the simple option would be to ban the player.
i have tried to explain that if he has uber wasters, expect uber baddies, but 
this dosent help the real roleplayers.
i will kill the thread now by just saying he encountered a group of  20 black 
hats last night and killed 7 instead of agreeing to join throckmorten. so as 
of this moment a couple of raptors and a squad of automations are on the way 
to try one more sales pitch, if this fails he will be taken out by a squad 
cyborg hunter killers.
