[HOE] [Hopler] Scattered Coast/Lynchberg ?s

Perhaps someone else know sthe answers, but if not, hopefully John will spot 
this.

1) What is the scale on the map of Lynchberg? Ours seems to be cut off on 
the right, so all it says is "Scale = 1"

2) What is the significance of the letters A-G?  Presumably these correspond 
to the seven locations specifically described for Lynchberg (and correspond 
respectively to the order of appearance in the text), but this isn't clear.

3) Do I-95 or US-345 lead off Castor Mesa?  This isn't clear, and we suppose 
it's possible they do, since the right edge of the map is cut off in our 
copy.  For security or just because of the quakes it seems like they might 
not connect to the Causeway...but it also seems like connecting to the 
Causeway would give Lynchberg some benefits.

4) Simony is a specific punishable crime??  We suppose it's good to have all 
the bases covered, but this seems a very odd crime to specify.  Probably 95% 
of brainers probably don't even know what it is.
