[HOE] Blessed denominational question, HOE edition :)

I've been doing a little research into creating a Rastafarian Blessed for use in a HOE campaign, as I want to play a character that isn't just a shallow stereotype. What I looked up made me wonder though.. would Rastafarians be considered Christian for the purposes of miracle use in HOE? After all, they do believe that the Bible is the word of God (er, Jah) and in Christ's divinity. On the flip side, their Afro-centric interpretation of the Bible is significantly different from that of other Christians, and they believe that Christ has already been reborn as Emperor Haile Selassie I of Ethiopia. While I know that denomination questions don't come up terribly often in HOE (not many people have faith in any God any more, eh), I'd appreciate any opinions you folks might have on this.
