No, the Law Dog figure that came with the limited edition HoE rulebooks. 
I ended up with 2 of them, and one is serving as a pistolier in my Black
River All-girl gand of Gun Fu Killas.  The figure lookes pretty much
exactly like the picture of Miche--I mean, the Law Dog archetype from the
main rulebook.
