I don't use many, mainly because I have little enough money to
spend on hobbies as it is, but also because few adventures fit the
specifics of what I'm running. I do on occasion use them, though. My
problem is that I have a player who utterly abhors any idea that the
universe has a story to it that isn't made up by the person running it. He
hates pre-gen adventures and doesn't much care for games where the universe
has a timeline. So I just don't tell him. : } What the player doesn't know
won't annoy him.
An adventure I'm really looking forward to is Urban Renewal. Not
for the cover, which has been discussed to death here, but from what I've
heard, it's a really good, really spooky adventure, and spooky is something
I don't do so well myself.
